Upon request, we email magazine quaility 300 dpi images to Homes and Land and other advertising publications you may use. When needed for larger homes, we use professional lighting equipment for architectural style photos. Email for quote on homes over $1,500,000 or homes out of the area.

MLS Photo Service - $100 - up to 16 images optimized for mls computer emailed to you (Real Estate Agents only)!
$150 - full package tour for homes up to $180,000
$175 - full package tour for homes between $180,001 and $465,000
$285 - full package tour for homes between $465,001 and $780,000
$395 - full package tour for homes between $780,001 and $1,000,000
$550 - full package tour for homes between $1,000,001 and $1,500,000

Options

$40 - tour posted on realtor.com for 1 year (Real Estate Agents Only)
$40 - convert photos to a video for upload to YouTube, to cell phone, iPod, PlayStation3, PSP, ZUNE, PDA or any video format.
$40 - add up to 12 additional images to MLS photo service (not needed on full service package)
$10 - fee for price changes on brochures (most leave price off brochure)

Upon completion of appointment request we will email you an electronic invoice with link to our credit card processing page. You may pay by check or cash in person the day of the appointment or leave a check at the property in a sealed envelope. All photographs and brochures are the property of Kupfer Photography. Permission for use is only granted to you for your marketing use. No brochure copies are provided. If you cancel your appointment after we have photographed the property, no money will be refunded. Rain the the day of the appointment and we are unable to obtain good outdoor photos, we will photograph the interior and return another day to photograph the exterior. We will refund your money via company check if you cancel your appointment before we photograph the property. Prices do not include night photography. Email for a quote on night photography. Mileage is currently .40 cents per mile for listings greater than 30 miles from Birmingham . Photography and tours will be emailed to you. Your broker must give the Birmingham Association of Realtors permission for us to use a maintenance code to upload your photos.
